Day 247

These are my size 7 Jeans. I haven't worn them in a while, and I am tired of not being able to wear them! So I decided that starting today enough was enough. I want to wear these jeans again. I want to wear my size 8 jeans and not have them be tight, but instead fit nicely. I wore these jeans on my first date with Richard. I am keeping them in my room as a reminder that this is where I want to be again. I did my weigh in this morning and my goal is to weigh at least 10 pounds lighter by the end of the month. I am trying to decide if I want to weigh in every day or only once a week or not until the end of the month. Part of me wants to do it daily part of me wants to wait until the end of the month. I also started back up at the gym this morning as well. I ran 2.5 miles on the Elliptical in 30 minutes. When I first met Richard I would run 5 miles on it 5 days a week! My goal is to get back to that. I give myself a break on the weekends. I will also have a free day to eat whatever I want once I hit a certain goal, once I can wear these jeans again and not be tight on me! Here's to hoping I can make this goal by Christmas! The website I use to count calories say if I keep the pace I am at now I will hit my goal by December 8. I wanted it by Christmas so that's even better!

Day 1

Current Weight 172
Goal 145

 27 pounds to go!

It's not healthy to lose more than 2lbs a week... So you may want to readjust your goals... Los muscle weighs more than fat, so dontbe surprised if you go up first. I use MyNetDiary on. Y phone. It tracks calories weight etc. I am now lower than my 2nd goal and it's from keeping track on this app... Went from a 14 to now an8/10, depending on pants.

Once I started working out the weight has been coming off. Remember I can lose weight easier than most because of my surgery, I will lose my baby fat pretty quick but once I lose that I think I will just stay and then the weight loss will be much more on the average side.
