Day 210

Today we went up to the farm to spend some time with Richard's older brother Robert (Robbie) and his daughter Zoe and his nephew Angel. We went to the Preston parade and then the carnival. The kids had a blast. We discovered that Evan LOVES the roller coaster rides! They stayed up WAY to late but had a great time with cousin Zoe who they don't get to spend nearly as much time with.

Day 209

We watched the Olympic opening ceremony tonight. I am super excited for the events! I LOVE this time of the year! I made home made pizza and chips. I included some yogurt because I am odd and have this weird need to feed my kids 1 healthy item per meal. On a side note notice Avery's head and how he has to tilt it back.......he does this ALL THE TIME and it drives me insane.......does anyone else's kids do this?  

Day 208

This is Me & Richard that Avery drew of us. Pretty accurate I mean look at my hair! And I am so much taller than Richard too.......cracks me up! Love my kiddo!

Day 207

Whenever we go to Sam's club Toby thinks the receipt is meant for him. The person who looks over your cart will usually draw him a smiley face. Today he got a monkey. What a lucky kid!

Day 206

As we were leaving the rodeo we passed the pen where the Buffalo were kept. They were apart of the show and it was pretty cool watching them run around the arena. I can't believe how big they are! I went over to let the boys get a closer look at these massive animals. I looked down to get my camera (Iphone) out to take a few pictures when I noticed one of the buffalo coming closer to us. Scared me a tad (they are freaking HUGE!) and that's when I noticed my 2 and 4 year old's trying to get in the pen with them! WTH children! Are you TRYING to give me a heart attack!?! I asked Toby why and he said he wanted to pet them.........sigh.........

Day 205

I took the boys to the Rodeo tonight. It was "Tough enough to wear pink" night to honor the women (and men) who have had to battle breast cancer. My wonderful friend Lisa's Mom have had to battle this horrible disease twice. We had a blast. I was happy to be invited I can't wait until next year!

Day 204

We went to my Mom's to celebrate my Step Dad's birthday. We had fun and the kids played on the slip n slide that grandma got them. The older 2 had a blast going down the wet piece of plastic Evan however found more delight taking the blown up floatie away from his older 2 brothers who somehow failed at getting it back from him......oh how I love fighting!
