Yup..Another boy...another nephew..another grandson....another BOY! Hendrickson's only produce boys....because they wouldn't know what to do with a girl! LOL...On Richard's Mom's side there is only 1 girl and on his Dad's Side there is only 3...On my Mom's side there are NO girls and on my Dad's side there are only 4...one of them is due any day now.

Grandkids & Great Grandkids

Papa & his grandkids. Uncle Paul and his family was up in Utah last week for Aunt Lori's Mom's funeral....they stopped by for a few hours at Papa's house so we went to see them. Here is Papa with the cute Great Grandbabies. There are more but couldn't get the other ones here.

While on Evan leave I went up to Hyde park for 2 weekends in a row to watch my Cousin's daughters while him and his wife were in California. They have 5 kids 3 girls and 2 boys but they had the boys with them (neither one are in School yet). The girls were wonderful, they helped me out with the boys, (which was so nice) and they played with Evan and LOVED holding him. Their dad is my cousin from my birth family. Alot of people say we look alike in the face, I can see it, it's fun to have relatives who look like me or vise versa!

I am so sorry they are uber late, I have slacked on my blog big time, funny thing is I am back to work and it takes me coming back to work to find time to blog! (It's been slow these past few days) I loved how these turned out, Keli does SUCH a wonderful job!!!

3 Weeks Later....

I can't believe that Evan is 3 weeks old already! Time sure has flown by! He's still pretty tiny..at his 2 week check up he was 6 lbs 2oz...so he was 2 oz below his birth weight. It's common for them to lose weight after they go home from the hospital. He eats...ALOT so I know he's growing. He eats every 2-3 hours so I am up ALOT during the night! I forgot how tired newborns make you! The boys are loving him alot...Toby calls him his baby and whenever Avery's around Evan looks in his direction. Today My Dad was over at our house visiting and he was holding Avery on his lap and I put Evan in his arms and the moment Evan got in my dad's arms he reached his hand out to Avery, it was so sweet! I just love him so much! Something so small and someone I have only known for 3 weeks and amazing how I love him SO MUCH!!!! I love my boys! I hate how time is flying by so quickly but I can't wait to see what the future holds for us!

Evan Shaffer Hendrickson!

Yes!!! He is here!!!! He decided to come on Tuesday March 30th! I was 36 Weeks and 2 days, so the longest I have been pregnant so far! He Came out SCREAMING and had almost perfect scores AKA no NICU baby! I was so happy words cannot fully explain how happy I was to hear them say, he's doing great! He was 6lbs 4oz and 18 inches long...the exact same as Toby! How funny is that? He was born at 10:48 AM I didn't even push for 10 minutes, 1 1/2 contractions later and he was born! I was lucky enough to have my close friend Kelsey there to help deliver the baby, she works at labor and delivery at the hospital and she works the night shift but came in just to help out, I love her so much! My doctor was so awesome, I seriously recommend anyone in my area to have him. The nurses there were so sweet I really had such a wonderful experience. Last night was our first night home, it was a tad hard mainly because I need to get back into the swing of things. He is 3 days old today and it seems like time is flying! I can't believe I am a Mom of 3 boys! I am totally out numbered!

28 Days left on March 28th....kinda funny if you ask me! As much as I say I am done I know he's still packing on the pounds which is good I am just very tired of the contractions a good chunk of my day. It would be one thing to be uncomfortable but to be in pain on top? I am just worn out all the time! Yes I know the day will come and I am excited that I don't know when he will come I love surprises but at the same time I am sooo ready for that day to come! 3 more days left until I really feel good about having him! I can't wait to FINALLY meet sweet baby boy, I think it's Richards turn to hold on, I've been holding him for 9 months now!

PS I have never seen week 36...that just makes me Sooooooooo happy!

35 Weeks!!

This marks an important week in the pregnancy. I gave birth to Toby on this day (the first day of my 35th week) and I gave birth to Avery on the last day of my 35th week...aka this up coming Saturday, so if I make it to next Sunday, I will go further than I ever have! Wow that's just crazy to think that! I am hoping and praying that I do. Aunt Lori wants me to make it to April 2nd...I hope I do!!! I told Richard I am afraid that he's nice and happy now and they are going to force him to come out now! As long as he won't be a NICU baby I will be happy! Keeping my fingers crossed I can make it to next week!!! Wish me luck!
